Hotel location is perfect, right in Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Walking distance to most major attractions, metro, etc.
The atmosphere around the hotel is vibrant. Always something happening and we were even able to witness a big party celebrating Catalunya. Being right in the middle of the action, the noise level from the street below can be heard but it was not an issue.
Our room was a good size and overlooked the plaza. The room and the hotel overall was very clean and comfortable.
Although a little pricey due to the location, little value touches like bottles of water helped.
What stood out the most was the people at the front desk. They were excellent ambassadors for the H10 brand. They were friendly, helpful, caring, often advising guests to move their luggage away from the front door, etc. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and it showed. The same with the cleaning staff we met.
They definitely made the difference with our stay.

Great location near LA Rambla, shopping and restaurants. There is a taxi station right outside the building and the metro station is right in the square. As a boutique hotel it has kept the old 1800's charm. We'll done! For the setting, the deluxe room was larger than expected. The breakfast was well worth the price. It was both a menu choice and a buffet. The room was clean and considering it was right on Placa Catalunya, noise level was good.

Conviniently located at the heart of Catalunya and everything is in walking distsnce. Location is great as well as the food. Kenneth was very pleasant and nice and made sure we are comfortable. The rooms are decent size with incredible balcony views!

Staff was particularly helpful and eager to please.
Hotel looked out onto plaza catalyuna and euro cup final was shown there.
We watched from the safety of the balcony - a great experience.
Complimentary refreshments were available and staff gave good advice for activities.
We also stayed at H10 in Madrid and recommend both.
