Nothing to complain about

We were welcomed with a glass of champagne on arrival, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. Our junior suite on the 5th floor was large, peaceful, and offered a lovely side sea view. The bathrobes, slippers and quality toiletries were a nice touch, and despite arriving late, the hotel had thoughtfully prepared a plate of breads, cheeses and meats in the room.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide choice of cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts, cooked items, pastries and cakes. The coffee machines were very good, and we rarely had to queuestaff always guided us to a clean table straight away.
The 5th floor pool area was a highlight. There were plenty of sunbeds and lots of shade from umbrellas. The infinity pool is shallow, more suited for cooling off than swimming, but sitting on the ledge overlooking the sea was perfect. The poolside snack bar offered great drinks and food throughout the day.
Dinner in the evening was consistently good. Drinks orders were taken promptly, and the buffet had a great selection of salads, vegetables, a carvery station, desserts and ice creams. There was entertainment on some nights, including a singer and a saxophonist, though we didnt stay to watch.
The location is idealright across from the beach and only a short walk to the old town. A little further on is the lively strip with bars, restaurants and entertainment.
We also enjoyed the complimentary hour in the spa, which was lovely. It has a small but deep pool with powerful water jets, a jacuzzi and a sauna.
Overall, the hotel was excellent. We genuinely couldnt find anything to complain about. Would we stay again? Absolutelywithout hesitation.

Fabulous location. The staff were fantastic and couldnt do enough for us even when I completed my booking incorrectly they helped with upgrading my room with no trouble. The staff also added a wonderful touch of a bottle of champagne as we went as part of my husbands 60th birthday celebration. The room was large and spacious and the decor was lovely. Great value for money and you get what you pay for. The hotel in its entirety was spotless and great housekeeping. It was busy during the day but not a lot of noise at night so slept well. The pool area was spotless and well maintained. Food was lovely and also wonderful seating areas around the hotel. Every member of staff were wonderful, helpful and really warm and friendly, will definitely be going back and definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a nice relaxing stay

We have stayed here every year for five years this hotel ticks all the boxes great location overlooking the Poniente beach beautiful hotel as soon as you walk through the door it looks and smells amazing lovely rooms restaurant and rooftop pool area food very good just cant fault it
