Lovely

Lovely hotel. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, really friendly and happy to help. We arrived and were upgraded to a junior suite which was unexpected but welcome all the same. We checked out and were able to use the courtesy shower later in the afternoon. Prices to eat and drink there were very reasonable. Would return

A gem of a place

Room 205 Great Stay! Location 10/10 The hotel is ideally placed, literally about 50 yards from the main strip. The drop-off and pick-up point is a bus stop at the top of the street (to the right of the junction), as the road itself is too narrow for buses. Super convenient. Room 9/10 The room was excellently presented and very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was also incredibly quietyou could hear a pin drop. Staff 10/10 The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They surprised us with a bottle of bubbly, chocolates, and balloons for our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. Food 7/10 We only had breakfast twice. It was a bit hit and missno sausage or bacon on the first visit, and no fried eggs on the second. That said, the quality of the food itself was good. Plenty of places to eat on the strip. Entertainment 6/10 There was no entertainment in the hotel, but with the strip just 50 yards away, there was plenty to do nearby. Cleanliness 10/10 The hotel was spotless throughout. The cleaning staff clearly work very hard to maintain such a high standard. Drinks 9/10 We only had one drink at the hotel, but it was excellent quality and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff

We stayed for 13 nights, on the breakfast only plan. This allowed us to enjoy the local restaurants for our other meals; but you could still pay to eat dinner here. There are literally dozens and dozens of restaurants, pubs and cafes within walking distance. A great Italian place is literally right across the street. You are also 2 minutes from the beach, and the beach front promenade to take you up and down the shore in both directions. The breakfast here is a buffet and it offered lots of choice, both hot and cold. We were firstly in room 125 and the Irish pub(s) directly behind the hotel play loud music daily from 830 pm to 1130pm. So, unless you are going to be out in the many, many pubs enjoying yourself, you may wish to ask for a room 'away from the pub music'. We were moved with no questions asked to room 128 and it was very quiet. The rooms have balconies and you can also sleep with the window open or air conditioning. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. This was a perfect location for us as first timers to the Island. Many of the other guests around the pool have been coming here for years!

It was a beautiful holiday

Beautiful hotel fantastic staff from reception to breakfast staff to cleaning staff to bar staff amazing and very helpful and very friendly. I couldn't recommend this hotel more and we will be returning. A little dear but I suppose you pay for what you get
