H10 Duque de Loulé, Lisbon

Charming hotel

We loved our 5 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The service was prompt and friendly and we always felt very welcomed. The hotel is well maintained, well appointed and charmingly beautiful. Our bed was very comfortable and our room had plenty of hot water for showers and great air conditioning. The rooftop bar offered excellent drinks, tapas and views with super accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet was consistently delicious offering la cart items in addition to the buffet. I would be happy to return here if I come back to Lisbon.

Excellent location for a great stay in Lisbon

The hotel is located about 200 m from the Marques de Pombal square (metro station) and the Avenida da Liberdade. This makes an easy connection to Baixo, Barrio Alto and Alfama districts. Several excursion options (buses, bike tours) also start within walking distance from the hotel and connection with the airport is possible by metro or taxi (15-20 min). The rooftop bar gives a nice outlook down to the Tagus river (but do not expect a view on Castelo Sao Jorge nor Alfama). Although most (touristic) restaurants are located in the above mentioned districts, you can find some nice alternatives close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was not available at the time of our visit (only some tapas/salad option in rooftop bar). Our room was very clean, well maintained and quiet. The breakfast was perfect with buffet and a-la-carte options. Very friendly staff. In summary we had a great stay (6 nights) in this H10 hotel.

**Exceptional Stay at H10 Duque de Loulé** Our stay at **H10 Duque de Loulé** was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The level of service provided by the staff was outstanding. Every team member we encountered was kind, friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to assist with every request made us feel like valued guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, with wonderfully appointed rooms that are comfortable, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a luxurious atmosphere while celebrating the region's unique character and charm. The blend of modern comfort with authentic Portuguese flair made our experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. The presentation, selection, and attention to detail were truly impressive. If you're visiting Lisbon, I highly recommend H10 Duque de Loulé. The exceptional hospitality, beautiful accommodations, outstanding breakfast, and commitment to excellence make this hotel a place we would happily return to again and again.

Absolutely fabulous.

We stayed at the H10 Madison in Barcelona earlier and were so impressed that we wanted to try out the chain again when visiting Lisbon recently. And we're glad we did as this was easily one of my best hotel experiences in recent years. Rooms are really well appointed- modern but with nice traditional Portuguese touches. Our room (206) was large, the bed and bedding supremely comfortable; and lots of extra fills such as chocolates and water bottles replenished every day. The bathroom too was spacious, with Ritual Products, and nice bathrobes and slippers. The front desk staff, finally, was extremely helpful, fun, and kind, without being overly imposing. We did not try the breakfast at the hotel so I have no comments; however they do have a little pastry pavilion by the front desk. One thing to note is that the hotel, while very conveniently located and accessible, is not in the middle of the downtown action. It's two stops by train to the Baixa/Chiado center. But it's in a very cute semi-residential, semi-business neighborhood and this was great for us as we were close to everything but did not feel inundated with tourists. A really fabulous experience and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the lovely staff who made the whole trip extra special.
