The H10 London Waterloo is located on the famous Waterloo Road in South Bank, just a 5-minute walk from Waterloo station. The hotel benefits from an exceptional location, very close to some of the city’s main points of interest, such as the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye.
Exclusive 40 m² (430 ft²) room located on the hotel's superior floors, with elegant décor and large picture windows that offer excellent view of the city. This room is sold exclusively on our website.

A modern, à la carte restaurant located on the 1st floor, with large windows overlooking the street. It features carefully prepared signature cuisine, specialising in Spanish gastronomy.
Opening Hours Breakfast: 07:00 am - 11:00 am (Weekends: 07:30 am - 11:30 am). Dinner: 06:00 pm - 10:30 pm.
Located on the 8th floor of the hotel, this bar includes a terrace with impressive views of the London skyline. It is the ideal place for enjoying a pleasant evening in a cosmopolitan atmosphere; it features trendy and classic international cocktails, as well as an interesting tapas menu.
The Sky Bar will be closed from 02/01/2025 to 03/03/2025.

An extremely comfortable stay

Once again this was an excellent stay. The refurbished rooms are very modern, extremely comfortable and also well-equipped.
Location is great - bus stop is a minutes walk away & Waterloo main line and tube station just over 5 minutes away.
Staff on Reception were delightful, friendly and efficient, particularly Olivia ( thank you for your help.) Also Amanda who patiently helped me with my initial booking which couldn't be done online. Thank you again.
The Sky Bar staff were also lovely, and this outside bar is a wonderful place to relax and take in the amazing views.
Breakfast is very good for a city hotel, with plenty of choice.
Hoping to return in the not too distant future.

Lovely superior room, friendly welcome and a great breakfast. Well located hotel. This was our third stay, from 7-9 September. Amanda in H10 Waterloo reservations was excellent helping sort out an issue with our booking as two of our party couldnt make it.

Excellent Hotel !!

This was our second stay previously staying in June 2025. We stayed in August this time for 4 nights and it was excellent. The room we stayed in had been renovated to a high standard and the bathroom had a huge shower which was very powerful. Everything at this hotel is very clean and breakfast is fab with lots of choices. The staff are very helpful and all staff make you feel very welcome. We will be returning in the future when we next visit London.
