Staff and service was good, my only whinge is that pleas serve fresh orange juice at breakfast .

Bu kadar keyifli, rahat ve huzurlu bir otel olacan bilseydim kesinlikle 3-4 gn kalacak ekilde plan yapardm.Madride tekrar geldiimde hi dnmeden yeniden tercih edeceim otellerden biri.
The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Madrid, with many places within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We especially loved the charming old-fashioned elevator, which gives the hotel a lovely character.
Every member of staff we met was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We were on a longer trip and had only planned to stay here for two nights. If I had known how comfortable and enjoyable our stay would be, I definitely would have planned to stay for three or four nights instead.
If I come back to Madrid, this is definitely a hotel I would happily stay at again.

Nice boutique hotel, centrally located

We found this hotel after our original choice decided without warning they would shut for maintenance! We wanted somewhere similar and close to the city centre and luckily found H10 Villa de la Reina on Gran Via.
It is a boutique hotel and was perfect. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the room was more than adequate for our short stay. As you entered; to the right was a small reception area, quite a lot of comfy seating and a nice bar.
We think the buffet breakfast was excellent and catered for all tastes; this was available in a split-level area downstairs from reception. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel staff employed by H10 Villa de la Reina is superb.
The front desk staff couldnt have been more helpful, from dealing with our early arrival, providing directions and offering advice. Mara, in particular, deserves special credit for her warmth, energy and effusive personality. Her colleagues are just accommodating.
The lobby bar staff was just as hospitable. Juan and Roberto and the others were equally attentive.
The rooms were clean and quiet.
Breakfast was good, and service there was excellent.
With its central location, this is one of the better hotels in Madrid.
Sin duda, estos días quedarán marcados en mi memoria por la intensidad de todo lo vivido... Algunos ya sabéis por mis stories que estoy viviendo en “La suite del Ático”, así hemos bautizado “mi casita” madrileña de estos días.
Los Madrileños nos dividimos en opiniones en cuanto a este tema. Unos decimos que mola más porque apenas hay gente y la ciudad está más tranquila y otros que hay que intentar escapar porque resulta un auténtico horno y es de lo más aburrida.
PD: Yo soy de los primeros. Y es que, hay que saber sacarle partido a todo en esta vida 😉 ¿Qué opinas tú?
