Wonderful hotel

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this lovely hotel. We were a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but we were very pleasantly surprised. I did notice a lot of the negative comments were from smokers and mobility vehicle users. Smokers are designated an area for smoking and vaping though I did see a few sneaking a smoke on the sunbeds and on the balconies. This didnt bother me at all though it is what it is. There is also a charging area for the mobility vehicles. We had no problem getting a sunbed at any time of the day. The food is fabulous and there is a huge choice. I read comments about cold food nope it was always hot and fresh. Big shout out for the animation team in particular Pepe who is engaging and friendly and doesnt push you into activities. The cleaners are superb I have never been in such a clean hotel. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful. I hope this helps anyone thinking of booking.

Hotel lovely..would recommend

Just back from a week's stay here. Great hotel, in a great location..a few minutes walk from the main beach and shops. Hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Bar staff and reception staff are always happy to help, smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Room was good, clean and comfy with cleaners coming each day to replace bed sheets and towels. Food in the restaurant is good, always something to eat and a good variety. Negatives we found were the reserving sunbeds at 9am with no towels being removed as people were then off for breakfast..there are signs saying they will be removed but this wasn't done while we were there ..we went to the beach most days instead. People smoking outside of the main entrance of the hotel is not a good look and isn't nice when you are having to walk through it .maybe a designated smoking area might be better? Some restaurant staff were rude and there were several evenings we didn't get a drink with our evening meal as no staff came to our table. One evening I was told in front of other diners that I had no money on my bracelet..turns out it wasn't me it was a different diner..a bit more customer service would make the experience a whole lot better. Despite some of the negatives, I would recommend this hotel for it's location and facilities and will definitely be going back.

Perfect visit. Excellent staff and facilities

From check in onwards the staff were pleasant and helpful. Everywhere was superclean. The bathroom in our room was bright and modern. Food in restaurant was varied and always something to enjoy. Bar prices not too bad. Pools a bit noisy with entertainment but the rooftop area was quiet. Rooms with a pool view looked onto the entertainment but closing the doors blocked a lot of the noise and kept the air-conditioning flowing . To the smokers who complained about not being able to smoke anywhere, it was great for non smokers. All in all a very good hotel. The manager should be proud of his staff.

Nice clean hotel,food was nice can't comment on entertainment as we went out at night, was hard to get sunbeds at main pool always reserved with towels,watch out for the people reserveing beds in the shade & moving to them in late afternoon when the sun is on them lol,managed to get beds on roof top after breakfast which was great sun all day, great location bars & restaurants on door step,would return had a great holiday
