Amazing experience, second time here, cant wait to come back!

Absolutely love Salauris Palace! The entertainment team are absolutely brilliant, they are so attentive and they make sure everyone is included. Alex is so funny and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is having a good time! He even adapted some of the activities for our group. Couldnt ask for a better staff member to lead the team! There as so many activities and shows throughout the day and evening, so something for everyone! The bar and hotel staff are also lovely! Making sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely had such a lovely time and am so thankful for finding this gold mine!

Our stay here was excellent! The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. The entertainment staff are extremely friendly and love to get involved in all activities, some even partaking in waterpolo and basketball. The food is second to none! Always plenty of selection, fresh fruit, grilling station, bakery, tea and coffee, and a buffet with a wide variety of food, including enough to make an English breakfast in the morning. Theres plenty of seating and waiters are always very attentive, as soon as you sit down theyre taking your drinks order and clearing plates very hardworking. The reception staff are helpful too, giving us directions to nearby attractions and cities including Barcelona which is around a hours train ride away. The rooms are amazing too, we booked a pool view and this made our stay even better. Being able to watch evening entertainment from our own balcony. The rooms are always clean with daily room service. The location is perfect, being only around a 10 min walk to the beach front and theres plenty of shops with 4 supermarkets around a 3 min walk from the hotel. Its close by the portaventura park and Ferrari world which can actually be seen from the hotel and its roof top pool. Its perfect for anyone! From families with children, couples and holidays with friends. The noise level is very quiet at night, being away from the busy part of salou. If Im being completely honest I dont know how this hotel isnt a 5 star as it definitely fits the bill!

What can i say......we had the best time at the H10 Salauris Palace. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the beach but far enough away from the very busy main areas of Salou. Nice and peaceful. The hotel entrance is very impressive from outside and inside. Our room was very nicely decorated and we were very impressed! Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. We even managed to watch the fireworks from our balcony which were on the beach as part of the closing ceremony of the annual Nits Daurades festival. We absolutely loved the pool!! My daughter hardly came up for air! Haha. We also loved the pool activities and dont take any notice of the previous review which said the pool was unusable during the games. Its absolute rubbish. They only used part of the pool and even the part that was being used you were never told that you couldn't swim in that part. Yes ok there were queues every day for the sunbeds but we never failed to get one even if we went out around 10am. Just a suggestion, could there be 1 member of staff who hangs around at 9am after the doors are opened and anyone they see putting towels on sunbeds and immediately going for breakfast tell them that its not allowed and if they dont listen put their towel in a basket. Im sure after a few days people would start getting the message. The food from the pool snack bar was delicious. My daughter loved the nachos and the pizza. We tried pretty much everything and it was all very tasty. Breakfast was fantastic. Pretty much everything you can think of for breakfast is available and they cater for all tastes. You can have something different every morning. Plus champagne for breakfast some days!!! Wow! First time we have experienced this. When on holiday why not! Haha. Evening meal again was fantastic. Again lots and lots of different choices. My daughter is very fussy but she always had lots on her plate and the puddings omg are to die for!!! We didn't really watch any of the evening entertainment. My daughter who is 8 was a bit old to be honest for the kids entertainment but we loved playing pool and just chilling out. On the friday evening we were amazed to see that at supper time the hotel had brought in a very talented woman to play the violin whilst we were eating supper. Omg this was amazing! She was super talented and my daughter loved every minute. She played some great familiar songs like Mamma mia, friends, coldplay! Just WOW!! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing i would say is that we arrived very early in the morning 2am and we didnt have any water on us or food. We were very hungry after travelling pretty much all day the previous day. I asked the member of staff on reception if we could have some water and he said we had to go to the vending machine on the bottom floor. We didnt have any loose coins on us so we couldnt use the machines. It would have been nice if the hotel knows that guests are arriving early morning if they could provide a bottle of water each and something/anything to eat. We had an amazing stay here and are so happy we chose the H10 Salauris Palace! We miss you and the sunshine! Its rained every day since we have been back in Wales! Haha!
