We have had a lovely stay here. B&B for us and food is as expected , lots of choice. Freshly cooked eggs, omelette and crepes a bonus. Service is excellent , staff are friendly and attentive and very hard working. Great location. Easy walk to either La Caleta or Costa Adeje. No need to stress about sun beds, loads around and pools are lovely. Hotel itself is clean but a little tired in places. We would return.

This hotel is lovely majority of the staff very friendly but when under pressure at busy times cracks appear dont let that put you off. Food is amazing in buffet, la tosca and the new Italian restaurants.
Only final disappointment was on last day reception coukd not accommodate a later check out even with our flight being late night. This needs to be addressed this was even with us having privilege booking. Yes luggage taken care of but if you want to sunbathe for the day told to use spa facilities and these are much to be desired need work or alternative . We could of been told this day before rather than an outright flat no to late check out on the day as surely reception new day before they could not accoaccomodate

The hotel is situated in a quiet area next to the sea with nice walks in either direction accessible through the back gate
The restaurant staff (led by Maribel and Souri ) are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble and make the hotel a favourite for us
The privilege reception staff are amazing
and a warm welcome is always a good start to the holiday.
Food in la tosca ( la carte ) is cooked and presented beautifully and in the buffet restaurant there is a large choice of well cooked food also there is a.japanese and italian restaurant if you fancy a change.
The wi fi is accessible throughout the hotel
There are no sunbed wars plenty of beds available anytime of the day .
We visited the rooftop bar a couple of evenings and Vincente was friendly and efficient and the views from here are amazing
The animation team lad by Nestor and Alba is brilliant and i recommend the water aerobics in the indoor pool each day at 12.10 followed by cocktail making at 1.15
We are returning in 4 weeks time for more relaxation i recommend this hotel and if your budget allows, the privilege package is worth it in our opinion and if not travelling with children perhaps consider staying outside school holidays for a quieter experience

The staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely settings and surroundings to explore! Amazing excursions on offer, we went to Siam park for the first time and loved it!! The cleaning staff were also amazing the entire time, keeping our room up to incredible standards.
January in Tenerife is starting to become a tradition and I love it 🫶🏼 After a hectic end of the year, it is amazing to start the new year with a vacation in a warm destination 🌴 Thank you @h10costaadejepalace for being a great host 🙌🏼
