Overall great hotel , even better location

Stayed here for 2weeks in September 9-23rd great location everything in walking distance, cleaners and staff go above and beyond, knock on you everynite to check if you need anything coffee/kettle/more towels , reccomend going privilege breakfast served to you no ques again great staff in there , free towel change everyday , pools great but were beach people which is litteraly at the back off the hotel , also a great Mexican restaurant gudalupe right next to it must go there

Good beachfront location, between Playa Las America's & Fannabe. Clean and well maintained. Food and drink - standard but plentiful. Staff professional and curtious. Late check wasnt possible but the free hospitality room was clean and spacious. Activities and entertainment 10/10, but you have to be aware of what is going on & when as there is very limited notice (was hard to keep track of time as there are no clocks!) On check out, they cut off your wristband, if eligible you get a lunch voucher but you cant get drinks from the bar - feels a bit like they want you to leave. I would recommend some sort of hand stamp for your last day - we arrived at midnight so we felt we lost 12 hours of access.

Excellent hotel Recommended.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, room, all staff, food, entertainment. We had a wonderful room overlooking the beach. As we had late flight there were sandwiches, fruit & water in the room on arrival (we didn't really want this) once checked out, on our return home, we were not even given water after lunch, and we could not get to the pool bar as it was the fabulous foam pool party. Apart from that last afternoon we had a great time. Would recommend it ,but don't get a late flight! It's not close to Toviscas beach or Americas, and as we cannot walk very far it was taxis for us. Taviscus beach Costa Adeje is a lovely area. All staff at the hotel were lovely, plenty of comfy areas, pools really nice, plenty of sunbeds but best spots had towels on them from 8am. I think the pool man was on holiday as during our 2wks it was the last days that he appeared. Entertainment day (brilliant) and night, bars brilliant, waiters so hard working as hotel was very,very busy. Reception very helpful and efficient People return year after year and I understand why, it's top grade. We had a lovely holiday, thankyou H10.

Best food

We have stayed in gran tenerfe 3 times before, we love it here . The best thing about it is the food so very good. The buffet is great , but the mirador restaurant is beyond good. Their special meal on a Wednesday is mediterranean night and the food exceeds everything. 5 courses and every one better than a 5 star hotel I have been to. So well presented from great waiters and better chefs. Every days meals are exceptional from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Luckily we still have 4 days left.
