Lovely hotel, clean and friendly. Ideally located to enjoy the shops and nightlife without being slap bang in the middle of it. Breakfast buffet had no queues, clean and tended counters and a large selection of items to choose from.

Very enjoyable stay at H10 Las Palmeras

Myself and my partner stayed for a week in a standard room, we had originally booked B&B but upgraded to all-inclusive for 56 a night - which we thought was good value. We were after a pretty chilled holiday and to be honest we got exactly what we wanted. You can stay here and enjoy what the hotel has to offer like we did or use it as a base to explore what the area has to offer. We also requested a room away from the noise of the Dubliner pre-arrival which the hotel were happy to accommodate us with! Absolutely no issues with noise at all. I have listed some of the pros and cons below.
Pros
- Staff very friendly and attentive
- Very clean.
- Great location.
- Food was great.
- Entertainment was pretty good! Good variety each night.
- Never had a problem getting a sunbed.
- Very good variety of drinks.
Cons
- Variety of food could be improved, towards day 7 it did feel a little repetitive but it was still really nice!!
- A/C in room was pretty weak. We had 34/35/36 degrees some days and wouldve appreciated it to be a little cooler, room did get warm at night. (We did not mention or complain about this as it was manageable for us so this may have been able to be resolved during stay)
Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would stay again, in terms of what you pay for compared to other hotels around the area I think it is brilliant value. Yes it is not a 5* hotel but it exceeded our expectations - especially reading previous reviews on the hotel before arrival.

First time in Tenerife

A very lively hotel in a very lively area. As long as you aware of that fact then everything is good. Good food, good atmosphere and lovely staff. The only downside was not a hotel issue but selfish guests. People would be queuing at first light to reserve sunbeds, which would then remain unused until after lunch. A trip whale and dolphin watching was amazing and a trip to Lori Parque was fantastic. We are booking again for next in this hotel and bringing the rest of the family.
